| 1 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/2 whole lemon(s) | Lemon peel (zest) |
| 1/2 whole lemon(s) | Lemon juice |
| 1 pinch | Sea Salt (to taste) |
| 1 dash | Black pepper (to taste) |
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Snap off hard ends of asparagus and discard.
3. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
4. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, checking half way to turn. At the halfway mark, squeeze on the lemon juice.
