3 tbsp White wine, dry
3 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Rosemary, fresh (chopped)
681 gm Swordfish (or halibut or tuna)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper


Whisk together the wine, lemon juice, olive oil and rosemary in a one gallon plastic bag. Add the fish and turn to coat. Zip tightly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat grill. Remove fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper to taste.Discard marinade.

Grill the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
