Ingredients


1 medium Lemon
5 gm BCAA (any flavor)
1 pinch Himalayan salt
227 gm Water

Instructions


  1. Juice your fresh lemons using a citrus juicer
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients to the pitcher, then whisk well to evenly combine and refrigerate
  3. Enjoy on an empty stomach in the morning
  4. Portion out servings into seal-able mason jars for convenience
  5. Lasts 5-days when sealed and refrigerated
