1 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret
2 tbsp Coconut oil
908 gm Green/yellow string beans, raw (ends trimmed)
1 cup Baby carrots
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Instructions


  1. Heat the coconut oil in a wok or skillet on medium heat.
  2. When it is ready, add the green beans and cook for 10 minutes, being sure to stir often.
  3. Add the coconut amino, lemon juice and salt (garlic powder or other seasonings) and cook for another 5 minutes, until they are browned, tender yet still crispy.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
