Quick Sautéed Lemon Spinach

1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for pan)
2 cup Baby spinach
1 pinch Sea salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice (or more to your liking)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (or ghee)


1. Preheat olive oil in a large pan on medium. In a bowl, coat spinach with sea salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil.


2. Add seasoned spinach to pan and saute to your liking until it is wilted. You can add a clove of garlic for an extra flavour boost.
