|1 pinch||Sea salt (to taste)|
|1 dash||Black pepper (to taste)|
|1/2 whole lemon(s)||Lemon juice (or more to your liking)|
|1 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil (or ghee)|
1. Preheat olive oil in a large pan on medium. In a bowl, coat spinach with sea salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil.
2. Add seasoned spinach to pan and saute to your liking until it is wilted. You can add a clove of garlic for an extra flavour boost.
No fresh spinach?
Always have frozen spinach and/or greens in stock for easy side dishes like this one. Ensure to fully cook through frozen greens.
