Lemon Tahini Dressing

Could also use with falafel, roasted potatoes, or on a sandwich! This makes a lot of dressing - half the recipe if you won't need as much!

Ingredients


2 clove(s) Garlic (large, minced)
1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Lemon juice (freshly squeezed ideally)
6 tbsp Nutritional yeast
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Water, filtered (up to 1/2 cup if needed)
3 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions


In a food processor, pulse the garlic to mince it. Add the tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, oil, and salt and process until smooth. May need to add additional water or olive oil to get the right consistency.
