1. Rinse lemongrass to remove any debris.
2. Chop lemongrass into small pieces.
3. Add chopped lemongrass to small pot with water and bring to a low boil. Cover pot.
4. Allow tea to brew while covered on low heat for about 10 minutes or until it becomes a pale yellow-green color.
5. Reduce heat to low and add coconut milk and agave. Stir.
6. Serve tea warm or allow to cool and refrigerate to enjoy cold lemongrass tea
