4 cup Black kale
1 cup cubes Avocado
3/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup hulled Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 cup Radish sprouts
1 cup Sunflower sprouts
1 cup Tempeh (tempe) (crumbled and dehydrated as "croutons")
2 tbsp Lemon juice (for dressing)
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)

Instructions


1. Mix everything in a big bowl and serve immediately.
