Toss rinsed corn kernels with lentils, edamame, peppers, and green onions.
In a small bowl whisk jalapeño pepper, lime juice and zest, cilantro, canola oil, salt and pepper together and toss with corn and lentil mixtures. Serve warm or cold, and enjoy!
