3/4 cup Lentils, canned (drained, rinsed)
3/4 cup Frozen berries
1 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1/2 medium Banana (s) (Frozen, depending on the texture you like)
2 tbsp Maple syrup (optional - dependant on preferences how much to add)

Instructions


1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

 2. Pour into glasses and Enjoy!
