3/4 cup Lentils, canned (drained, rinsed)
3/4 cup Frozen berries
1 cup Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F.
1/2 medium Banana (s)

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender until smooth.

2. Divide into two glasses and enjoy!
