|2 cup||Green lentils, raw|
|1 cup||Quinoa, uncooked (rinse)|
|1/2 cup||Salsa, ready-to-serve|
|2 tbsp||Turmeric, powder|
|1 tsp||Onion powder|
|1 tsp||Garlic powder|
Cook everything in same pot and according to lentil directions. Use as meat in tacos or form into burger patties and cook for a few minutes on each side over medium heat on stovetop.
Instant Pot: Mix all ingredients with 3 cups water and cook manual 12 minutes and natural pressure release.
Smaller - 3 servings: 1 cup green lentils, 1/2 cup salsa, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp each salt/garlic, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 can pinto beans (drained/rinsed) or 1/3 cup quinoa. Cook stovetop with 2 cups water.
