1/2 cup Lentils, red, cooked (frozen)
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries
1/2 cup Frozen spinach
1/2 cup Kale
1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1/2 cup Skyr plain yogurt
1/4 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Maca powder
2 tbsp Coconut chips (for sprinkling on top)
1 tbsp Sunflower seed flour, partially defatted (for sprinkling on top)
1 tsp Cacao powder, raw (for sprinkling on top)
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk


Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Sprinkle with coconut chips and mixed sunflower seeds and cacao.
