2 patty Meatless burger, tofu
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp chopped Yellow onion
2 slice Cheddar cheese, reduced fat (18%)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled, pitted)
6 large leaf Lettuce, butterhead (Boston)


Cook veggie burger in microwave or in a skillet over medium high heat with 1 tsp oil. Heat thoroughly. In same skillet sauté white onions; can be cooked along with the veggie burger.

Top with sliced avocado, onions and cheese.

Wrap in lettuce.
