Ingredients


908 gm Pork chops, boneless, raw
7 medium potato Sweet potato (diced)
7 cup shredded Red cabbage (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (any brand)
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 3/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


1. Season and grill pork. 

2. Boil sweet potatoes until soft. 

3.  Slice cabbage and sauté in oil. 

3. Add the coconut aminos on top.

4. Serve!
