Light Pasta with Mushrooms and Garlic

Ingredients


2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
400 gm Pasta, Fettuccine, dry
4 clove(s) Garlic (diced)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (finely chopped)
6 medium mushroom(s) Portobello mushroom (roughly chopped)
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (to taste)
1/8 tsp Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup White wine

Instructions


Rinse pasta well in strainer. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water, and then drain and dry well.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until soft, about 1 minute. Add the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper and sauté about 2 minutes. Add white wine and cook another 3 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
