2 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted (1 to 2 tbsp.)
1 cup Brewed coffee (1 to 2 cups of Upgraded Bulletproof Coffee)
2 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (t to 2 tbsp.)
1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (optional, can also use xylitol)


1. Brew the coffee using a metal filter, such as a French press or a gold filter dup.

2. Pour the coffee into a preheated blender (preheat the blender by filling it with hot water for a few minutes and then dumping the water out).

3. Add the butter, oil, and collagen protein.

4. Blend until layer of froth forms at the top, at least 20 seconds. Add stevia to taste, if using.
