Ingredients


1 cup Stir-fry vegetable mix (frozen or fresh)
4 jumbo egg Egg white
1/4 cup Brown rice, long-grain, cooked
57 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled

Instructions


This is a quick and easy meal that you can make with left overs, and your family will think you made it fresh for them!

In a frying pan, spray lightly with PAM, star with egg whites, then add cooked brown rice, shredded cooked chicken, and vegetables. Stir so all ingedients are coated and cooked with egg whites.
