1/4 cup Bean sprouts
2 slice Cucumber
1 tbsp Feta cheese, low fat (crumbled)
3 tbsp Hummus, spicy (or flavour of choice)
1 leaf Lettuce, romaine
2 pepper(s) Piquante pepper (chopped)
3 ring Red onion
2 slice Tomato
2 slice Whole wheat bread

Instructions


Toast bread if desired.

Spread both slices of bread with hummus, then layer on lettuce, sprouts, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and piquante peppers.

Slice sandwich in half, serve and enjoy!
