|2 cup||Almond milk, unsweetened (or other nut milk)|
|1 medium||Banana (s) (or frozen banana)|
|1 tbsp||Tahini (or other nut butter)|
|1 tbsp||Coconut oil|
|1/2 tsp||Ashwagandha powder|
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb used primarily in Ayurveda (India's oldest system of health).
It is great for promoting stamina, helps with stress & anxiety, memory loss and more!
It is safe to use every day, but because it is a powerful tonic herb, it is best to start small and work it up.
Start with 1/2 tsp of Ashwagandha for the first week of use. Then, move up to 1 tsp and increase up to 2 tsp over time.
