2 medium Banana (s) (ripe)
4 medium Egg
3/4 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
3/4 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
1 gm Psyllium seed husk (ground)
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Cinnamon (ground)
1 tbsp Coconut oil (or butter, for frying)


  1. 1 Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit for a while.
  2. 2 Make in a waffle maker or fry in a frying pan with coconut oil or butter.
  3. 3 Serve with hazelnut spread or whipped coconut cream and some fresh berries, or just have them as is with melted butter. You can't go wrong!
