1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Using canned coconut milk makes a creamier, more satisfying smoothie.
  3. Taste, and add more lemon juice if desired.
