454 gm Ground turkey, lean
1 medium White onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 clove(s) Garlic
1 can(s) (16 oz) Diced tomatoes, canned
1 tbsp Rosemary, dried
1 tbsp Oregano, dried
1 tbsp Sage, fresh (dried)
1 tbsp, ground Basil, dried
1 tbsp Marjoram
1 dash Himalayan sea salt (opt)


In a large sauce gently fry the onion and garlic until soft but not completely cooked.

Add the ground turkey to the pan and stir continuously to break up the meat and cook thoroughly. 

Add herbs/seasonings and tomatoes; stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
