681 gm Broccoli, raw
4 tbsp Basil, fresh (or fresh parsley; finely chopped)
86 gm Butter, vegan
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 dash Salt and pepper

Instructions


  1. 1 Boil the broccoli in plenty of lightly salted water for a couple of minutes – just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture. Discard the water.
  2. 2 Blend with the other ingredients in a food processor or use an immersion blender.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4 Add more oil or butter if you so desire.
  5. 5 Serve piping hot!
