This one’s dairy free and made with coconut milk. Simple. Delicious.

Ingredients


1/3 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (or coconut cream)
2/3 cup Water
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
29 gm Frozen spinach
2 tsp minced Ginger root

Instructions


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Start with 1 tablespoon lime and increase the amount to taste.
  2. Sprinkle with some grated ginger and serve. So tasty!!
