Ingredients


1/2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened
1 tbsp MCT oil
1/2 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Cacao powder, raw
3 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Monk Fruit Extract (Lakanto Monk Fruit)
1 tsp Reishi mushroom powder (optional)
3 leaves Kale (torn up)
1 tbsp Water, filtered (enough to get the consistency you desire)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients with 3-4 ice cubes in a blender until well mixed.
