908 gm Chicken leg (organic)
1 tbsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Curry powder (Jamaican Curry)
1 stalk(s) Green onion, scallion, ramp
1/2 medium White onion
1 sprig Thyme, fresh

Instructions


  1. Season chicken thoroughly with seasoning salt
  2. Add curry powder, scallion, onion, and thyme to pan spray coated skillet
  3. Brown chicken in skillet for 10 minutes on high heat
  4. Add 2 cups of water, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently
