1 cup Tomato ketchup (sugar free)
1/4 cup Water
57 gm Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener (Besti Brown Monk Fruit Allulose Blend ((packed; to taste)))
1 tsp Yellow mustard
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder

Instructions

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Season with salt. Cook, breaking apart with a spatula, for 8-10 minutes, until browned.
