1 cup Partly skimmed milk, lactose free, 2% M.F. (or any milk of choice)
1 cup whole Strawberries (fresh)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients except lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice to taste.
