454 gm Turkey breast ((450g) cooked; sliced)
1 cup Cabbage, savoy ((70g) white; shredded)
1 cup Red cabbage ((70g) red; shredded)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (finely sliced)
1 large Carrots (grated)
6 medium Radish (finely sliced)
1 cup Bean sprouts (100g)
3 green onion (stem) Green onion (finely sliced)
4 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
3 tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
1/3 cup Peanuts (almond (30g); chopped)
1/4 cup Tahini (60ml)
1/4 cup Water (60ml)
1/4 cup Lemon juice (60ml)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Honey

Instructions


  • Prep all the vegetables, wash and peel where necessary. Place the shredded cabbage, turkey breast, peppers, radishes, onions, grated carrot, coriander and almonds in a large bowl. Mix well to combine. 
  • Make the salad dressing by blending all the dressing ingredients together until creamy.
  • Pour the salad dressing over the salad and toss to cover. Serve straight away or store in the fridge until required.
