Ingredients


2 slice Bread, gluten free (low FODMAP bread (like Udi's Gluten Free White Bread))
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil, garlic-infused (or other cooking oil)
1 large Egg
2 tsp Mayonnaise
2 medium slice Bacon (cooked)
2 slice Tomato
2 leaf Lettuce, romaine

Instructions


  1. Toast bread.
  2. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add egg and cover cooking until the desired level of doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread. Top with cooked egg, bacon, tomato, and romaine. Slice in half and serve.
