Ingredients


2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Pecans
1/4 cup Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions


  1. Combine oats and milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until desired thickness is achieved.
  2. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Serve with pecans and maple syrup.
