341 gm Cranberries ((12 oz) bag fresh; (about 3 cups))
1/3 cup Orange juice ((bottled or freshly squeezed)
2/3 cup Water
1/3 cup Erythritol (granulated (may add more to taste))

Instructions


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water, orange juice to a low, soft boil. Add erythritol slowly and stir to dissolve. (may not fully dissolve unless using the powdered version)
  2. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Gently boil for 10 minutes, stirring, until cranberries have burst.
  3. Remove from heat and refrigerate, covered, until cooled.
