Water
2 tsp
Chia seeds
1/2 cup
Baby kale
(frozen is fine)
1/2 cup
Baby spinach
1 medium
Banana (s)
(frozen is fine)
1/4 cup halves
Strawberries
(frozen is fine, or any fruit)
1 fruit
Lime
(peeled)
Instructions
Place in blender in order listed and blend until smooth!
