1 cup Kale (fresh or frozen)
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Lemon peel (zest) (a generous pinch)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 dash Cayenne pepper (3 dashes)
1/4 cup Cashew nuts, raw (no need to soak if using a high speed blender or food processor)
1 1/2 tbsp Tahini (roasted, organic)

Pre time reflex 1 hour of chill time, if you choose to do so.
