1/2 cup Lucuma powder
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
3/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Honey, raw
1 dash Nutmeg, ground (plus more for garnish)
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and thoroughly combined. 
  2. Serve with a bit of nutmeg sprinkled on top. For a warm drink, pour the blended drink into a small saucepan and gently warm over low heat on the stovetop.
