1 slice Mozzarella cheese
2 slice Whole grain bread


Slice cheese thinly, or grate, so it properly melts. Include mozzarella in your cheese combo to make it softer- along with other kinds for more flavour.

Cook on medium-low, with a lid, to make sure it melts properly.

For variety include fun additions, such as slices of pear or apple, or tomato, or ham and mustard. Use up the stale bread.
