| 550 gm | Lupini beans, raw (1 glass jar) |
| 1/2 cup | Liquid aminos |
| 360 gm | Vital wheat gluten |
| 60 gm | Nutritional yeast |
| 533 ml | Water, filtered |
| 1 tbsp | Himalayan salt |
| 1/4 cup | Mediterranean herb seasoning (any seasoning is great!!) |
1. Rinse one jar of lupini beans (16oz)
2. Blitz lupini beans, with the water, liquid aminos and herbs and spices of choice in a food processor or blender.
3. Fold in the vital wheat gluten with the bean mixture, till a sticky dough forms.
4. Split the dough in to 12 balls.
5. Line an oven-tray with aluminium foil, the lupini buns and cover with more aluminium foil.
6. Bake the buns for 30 min in a 350 degree oven.
7. Remove the top layer of foil and bake for 30 more minutes.
8. You can easily freeze these buns or leave up to 7 days in the fridge.
