LUSCIOUS COCO CACAO PUDDING

Ingredients


2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 cup Maple syrup, pure (Can use honey instead)
1/4 cup Coconut cream (from A Chilled Can Of Coconut Milk, full fat)
1/2 cup Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Maca powder
1 pinch Sea salt, fine (to taste)
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded (to top with)

Instructions


  1. Slice avocados in half and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the powders, pouring on top of the avocado.
  3. Pour in the vanilla (if liquid), coconut cream and liquid sweetener.
  4. Add salt last, sprinkling evenly.
  5. Blend for a few minutes until evenly combined, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  6. Chill for a few minutes (or during dinner) and serve- topping with shredded coconut and cacao nibs for garnish.
