Instructions
- Place the cocoa butter, coconut oil, and butter in a saucepan and gently melt over low heat.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool to lukewarm.
- Once the mixture has cooled, add the stevia and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Pour the fudge into 8-oz wide-mouth Ball jars or a flan tin.
- Spread the nuts evenly across all jars or the flan tin.
- Refrigerate until the fudge reaches the desired consistency.
