298 gm Cocoa butter (chopped)
1 cup Coconut oil
298 gm Butter, grass fed, unsalted (or ghee, or coconut oil)
6 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (or monk fruit; to taste)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 1/4 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted


  1. Place the cocoa butter, coconut oil, and butter in a saucepan and gently melt over low heat.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to lukewarm.
  3. Once the mixture has cooled, add the stevia and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the fudge into 8-oz wide-mouth Ball jars or a flan tin.
  5. Spread the nuts evenly across all jars or the flan tin.
  6. Refrigerate until the fudge reaches the desired consistency.
