|1/2 bag||Green/yellow string beans, raw (french green beans)|
|1 cup||Grape tomatoes (halved)|
|1/2 cup||Halloumi cheese, Wegman's (cubbed)|
|1/4 cup||Slivered almonds|
|1/2 cup seeds||Pomegranate seeds|
|1/2 cup shredded||Red cabbage|
|5 heart(s)||Hearts of palm, canned (sliced)|
|1/4 cup slices||Sweet onion|
|1 tbsp||Whole grain mustard|
|3 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 tbsp||Lemon juice|
Steam and blanch green beans and set aside.
Chop (see above) and combine all other ingredients into large bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients (lemon juice, mustard, EVOO, minced garlic) into container with tight fitting lid and shake.
Add beans to bowl, dress and lightly toss (being mindful not to break hearts of palm).
Serve and enjoy!
