1/2 bag Green/yellow string beans, raw (french green beans)
1 cup Grape tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup Halloumi cheese, Wegman's (cubbed)
1/4 cup Slivered almonds
1/2 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup shredded Red cabbage
5 heart(s) Hearts of palm, canned (sliced)
1/4 cup slices Sweet onion
1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 clove(s) Garlic


Steam and blanch green beans and set aside.

Chop (see above) and combine all other ingredients into large bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients (lemon juice, mustard, EVOO, minced garlic) into container with tight fitting lid and shake.

Add beans to bowl, dress and lightly toss (being mindful not to break hearts of palm).

Serve and enjoy!
