Mama Bay's Chimichurri herb-coated, delectable Atlantic Salmon, with hint of lemon. Simple and easy, coat fresh Salmon with Chimichurri, lemon juice and bake!
Ingredients
1 fillet (14oz)
Atlantic salmon, farmed
1/4 cup
Chimichurri, Mama Bay's
2 tbsp
Lemon juice
(Fresh lemon juice)
1 tsp
Salt
Instructions
Salt Salmon to taste then gently pour fresh lemon juice over salmon
Slowly coat salmon evenly, with 1/8 cup of Chimichurri
Place on oven safe dish
Bake for 30 minutes on 365, then broil for 5 minutes
Add 1/8 cup of Chimichurri to a side dish and use as a condiment or dip.
