|1/2 clove(s)||Garlic (Elephant Garlic)|
1/2 cup Chimichurri
Brush Olive Oil evenly onto Skirt Steak, add salt and then coat entire steak with Chimichurri (1/4 cup). Sprinkle Garlic evenly as well.
Cover, marinate and refrigerate for :50 minutes
Preheat oven to 450
Bake Skirt steak for 8 minutes
Broil Skirt steak for 5 minutes
Serve hot and sizzling and use remaining Mama Bay's Chimichurri (1/4 cup), as a meat dipping sauce.
