| 1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
| 1 tsp | MCT oil |
| 1 tsp | Maple syrup, pure (optional) |
| 1 pinch | Himalayan sea salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Cayenne pepper (optional) |
1. Blend hot water, cocoa powder, coconut oil, MCT oil, maple syrup (if using), salt and cayenne (if using) together or 30 seconds, or until everything is mixed well.
Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy.
Keto Clients - Do not add the maple syrup!
