Ingredients


1/4 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
4 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Rosemary, dried (to taste)
1/4 tsp Salt (to taste)

Instructions


Pre-heat oven 450 degrees.

Mix together mustard, syrup and vinegar. Place chicken in oven proof baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour mustard mix over them, turning to coat.

Bake 40 minutes. Half way, baste with sauce. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
