|4 breast||Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (organic)|
|1/2 cup||Dijon mustard|
|1/4 cup||Maple syrup|
|1 tbsp||Rice wine vinegar|
|1 tsp||Rosemary, dried (to taste)|
|1 dash||Black pepper (to taste)|
|1 dash||Sea salt (to taste)|
1. Pre-heat oven 450 degrees.
2. Mix together mustard, syrup and vinegar. Place chicken in oven proof baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Pour mustard mix over them, turning to coat.
4. Bake 40 minutes. Half way, baste with sauce. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
