1 small Banana (s)
1/2 cup Papaya (fresh or frozen, peel & remove seeds)
1/2 cup Mango (fresh or frozen, remove pit)
1/2 cup Dragon fruit/pitaya (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Cucumber
1/4 cup Sprout mix (option, use whatever sprouts are available)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 scoop Hemp protein powder

Instructions


Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and mix well! 

Option to swap out any on the given fruits for 1/2 cup of wild blueberries.
