Mango Lassi

Ingredients


195 gm Yogurt, plain (any kind in your meal plan: buffalo, goat)
145 gm Mango
125 ml Ice cubes (or very cold water (1/2 cup))
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (to taste)
1 dash Himalayan salt (to taste)
1 dash Cardamom, ground (to taste)

Instructions


Add measured yogurt, mango, salt, cardamon, and vanilla extract to the blender. 

Add the ice cubes or if using water, add enough to almost cover all the ingredients. If you prefer a thicker drink, add less water; for more runny drink, use more water. There should be enough water to blend everything easily.

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 1-2min.

Serve cold.

Notes:

Variation:
- Could use cinnamon instead of cardamon, or add it with the cardamon.
