Mango smoothie is one of our favorite ways to start the day.
Ingredients
3 medium
Frozen banana
(peeled)
3 cup
Frozen mango
2 cup
Soy milk, unsweetened
(substitute with any plant-based milk)
1 mango
Mango
(ripe, fresh, diced)
1 fruit
Lime
(cut in wedge)
Instructions
Just combine 3 frozen bananas, 3 big cups frozen mangoes (or whole package of frozen mangoes from Trader Joe’s), and 2 cups of soy milk. Combine the three ingredients in the blender, press start, and watch as the mixing magic happens.
