Mango Smoothie ( no oils )

Ingredients


150 gm Mango (frozen and thawed or fresh, cubbed)
200 gm Yogurt, plain (or use milk allowed in meal plan)
Ginger root (grated, to taste)
Lemon (grated, to taste)
Bee Pollen (to sprinkle (optional))
Ground cinnamon (to taste (optional))
Cayenne pepper (to taste (optional))
1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions


Take two bites of yogurt, then add the rest to the blender.

Add mango, chia seeds (optional), ginger, lemon, cinnamon (optional), cayenne pepper (optional) to the blender. Blend for a few minutes. 

Serve and sprinkle of bee pollen.
