150 gm | Mango (frozen and thawed or fresh, cubbed) |
200 gm | Plain yogurt, fat free (or use milk allowed in meal plan) |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil (melted) |
Ginger root (grated, to taste) | |
Lemon (grated, to taste) | |
Bee Pollen (to sprinkle (optional)) | |
Cinnamon (to taste (optional)) | |
Cayenne pepper (to taste (optional)) | |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds (optional) |
Take two bites of yogurt, then stir the rest in melted coconut oil. Let’s sit a minute or two when it cools down it taste like bits of shredded coconut.
Add mango, chia seeds (optional), ginger, lemon, cinnamon (optional), cayenne pepper (optional) to the blender. Blend for a few minutes.
Serve and sprinkle of bee pollen.
